Leonard S. Coleman

Director Mr. Coleman served as Senior Advisor to Major League Baseball from 1999 until 2005 and, from 2001 to 2002, was the Chairman of ARENACO, a subsidiary of Yankees/Nets. Mr. Coleman was President of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs from 1994 to 1999, having previously served since 1992 as Executive Director, Market Development of Major League Baseball. Mr. Coleman serves on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: Avis Budget Group; Churchill Downs Inc.; H.J. Heinz Corporation; and Omnicom Group Inc.

Jay Hoag

Director Mr. Hoag has served as a founding General Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures, a private equity and venture capital firm since June 1995. Prior to founding TCV, Mr. Hoag was a managing director at Chancellor Capital Management. Mr. Hoag serves on the boards of directors of eHarmony, Netflix, Inc., TechTarget, Inc., and Zillow, Inc. He also serves on the boards of trustees at Northwestern University, the Menlo School and the Stanford Athletic Board. He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and an M.B.A from the University of Michigan.

Jeffrey T. Huber

Director Mr. Huber currently serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Google. In this role, Mr. Huber leads the technology development and innovation efforts for the company's advertising and monetization systems, including Google's AdWords and AdSense programs, as well as Google Apps, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Reader, Google Groups, Orkut, Blogger and Picasa. He brings to EA's board more than 20 years of experience in large-scale systems design and operations, online consumer product development, and engineering management. Prior to joining Google, Mr. Huber held management positions at eBay and Excite@Home. Mr. Huber holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois and a master's degree from Harvard University.

Geraldine Laybourne

Director Ms. Laybourne is the founder of Oxygen Media, a television network launched in 2000 targeted at younger women, where she served as chairman and chief executive officer until 2007. She also served as president of Disney/ABC Cable Networks from 1996 to 1998 where she played a key role in management of ABC's Saturday morning children's programming schedule. Prior to this, Ms. Laybourne served 16 years at Nickelodeon, managing the television network and establishing herself as a pioneer in creating innovative programming for children. Under her leadership, Nickelodeon became the top-rated 24-hour cable programming service and won several notable honors. Ms. Laybourne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Vassar College and a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Gregory B. Maffei

Director Mr. Maffei has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, which owns electronic retailing, media, communications and entertainment businesses and investments, since February 2006. He joined Liberty Media in November 2005 as CEO-Elect. From June 2005 until November 2005, Mr. Maffei served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Corporation. From 2000 until June 2005, Mr. Maffei served as Chief Executive Officer of 360networks Corporation, a broadband telecom service provider, and also became Chairman of the Board of 360networks in 2002. Previously, Mr. Maffei was with Microsoft Corporation from 1993 to 2000, in several positions, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Maffei also served as Chairman of Expedia, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Maffei serves on the Board of Directors of Liberty Media. As a result of his position at Liberty Media, he also serves on the boards of Sirius XM Radio Inc. and Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., as Liberty Media has significant equity holdings in both companies.

Vivek Paul

Director Mr. Paul was a partner at TPG (formerly Texas Pacific Group) from October 2005 to August 2008. From July 1999 to September 2005, Mr. Paul served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wipro, Ltd., a provider of integrated business, technology and process solutions, and Chief Executive Officer of Wipro Technologies, Wipro's global information technology, product engineering, and business process services segments. From January 1996 to July 1999, Mr. Paul was General Manager of Global CT Business at General Electric, Medical Systems Division. From March 1993 to December 1995, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wipro GE Medical Systems Limited. Mr. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Richard A. Simonson

Lead Director Mr. Simonson held a number of executive positions at Nokia Corporation from 2001 to 2010, including Executive Vice President, Head of Mobile Phones and Sourcing, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President & Head of Customer Finance of Nokia. In 2001, Mr. Simonson was Managing Director of the Telecom & Media Investment Banking Group of Barclays Capital. Prior to joining Barclays Capital, Mr. Simonson spent 16 years at Bank of America Securities where he held various positions, including Managing Director & Head of Global Project Finance, Global Corporate & Investment Bank, San Francisco and Chicago. Mr. Simonson is also a director of Silver Spring Networks. Mr. Simonson holds a B.S. degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Linda J. Srere

Director Ms. Srere is currently a marketing and advertising consultant. From January 2000 to November 2001, Ms. Srere was President of Young & Rubicam Advertising. From 1994 to 2000, Ms. Srere held many positions with Young & Rubicam Inc. ("Y&R"), including Vice Chairman and Chief Client Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development, Group Managing Director, and in 1997, was named Chief Executive Officer of Y&R's New York office, becoming the first female CEO in the company's 75-year history. Ms. Srere also serves on the Board of Directors of Universal Technical Institute, Inc., a technical education provider.

Luis Ubiñas

Director Mr. Ubiñas is President of the Ford Foundation, where he oversees the operations and management of more than $10 billion in assets and over $500 million in annual giving. Prior to joining the foundation, Mr. Ubiñas was a Director at McKinsey & Company, where he led the firm's west coast media practice working with technology, telecommunications and media companies. Much of his work focused on the opportunities and challenges represented by the growth of internet and wireless capabilities. Mr. Ubiñas serves on several boards and advisory committees, including the World Bank Advisory Council of Global Foundation Leaders and the UN Permanent Advisory Memorial Committee. He has been nominated by President Obama to serve on the U.S. Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiation. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
